This Privacy Policy explains how TCE Strategy, LLC (“TCE Strategy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit bryceaustin.com. By using this website, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
TCE Strategy self-certifies compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. You can confirm our enrollment and view our self-certification listing on the Data Privacy Framework website at https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/ (search for “TCE Strategy, LLC”). We commit to adhere to the DPF Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles will govern.
- Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the following categories:
- Identifiers & Contact Information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number.
- Professional Information: interest in speaking, consulting, or advisory services.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage information (pages visited, time on site).
- Cookies & Tracking Data: information from cookies, pixels, or analytics tools.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as race, religion, sexual orientation, health, biometric, or genetic information.

- Cross-Border Data Transfers
If you are located in the EU or UK, your personal information may be transferred to the United States. TCE Strategy complies with the Data Privacy Framework for such transfers.
- Retention of Data
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
- Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe, plus records of the unsubscription for 2 years for auditing and compliance.
- Contact form submissions are retained for 3 years unless a longer retention period is required by law or contractual obligation.
- Analytics data (Google Analytics): retained per Google’s configured retention period (default 26 months).
We will securely delete or anonymize personal data on request, except to the extent we need to retain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes (for example to prevent fraud).

- Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies, Google Analytics, and similar tools. These may collect information about your device, browsing behavior, and interactions with the site.

CalOPPA requires that we post a conspicuous privacy policy and disclose how we respond to Do-Not-Track signals and cross-site tracking. We do not honor DNT browser signals. CCPA/CPRA: At this time, TCE Strategy does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. As a result, a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link is not provided. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide a mechanism to opt out.
- EU/UK Privacy Rights
Residents of the EU and UK have rights under GDPR and the DPF, including access, correction, deletion, and complaint mechanisms.

If you need further assistance regarding your rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law. In some cases our ability to uphold these rights for you may depend upon our obligations to process personal information for security, safety, fraud prevention reasons, compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, or because processing is necessary to deliver the services you have requested. Where this is the case, we will inform you of specific details in response to your request.
Data Privacy Framework (DPF) disputes:
TCE Strategy complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. TCE Strategy has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the DPF Program, TCE Strategy is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
Pursuant to the DPF Program, EU and UK individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data transferred to the United States in reliance on the DPF Program should direct their query to info@bryceaustin.com. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will provide an individual opt-out choice, or opt-in for sensitive data, before we share your data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. To request to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, please submit a written request to info@bryceaustin.com.
In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
In compliance with the DPF Principles, TCE Strategy commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. European Union and United Kingdom individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data in reliance on the DPF should first contact info@bryceaustin.com
TCE Strategy has further committed to refer unresolved DPF Principles-related complaints to a U.S.-based independent dispute resolution mechanism, BBB NATIONAL PROGRAMS. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by us, please visit www.bbbprograms.org/dpf-complaints for more information and to file a complaint. This service is provided free of charge to you.
If your DPF complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. If you are an EU or UK resident and believe your complaint about our handling of personal data has not been resolved by us, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution provider as described in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK extensions. Our website and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
